Pilot Devices

Both built in LEDs and Pilot Lights with Ba9 sockets are available. Operators are available with black plastic or metal bezels
In addition to traditional operators ABB also offers a wide range of special functions such as Machine stops, Definite purpose pushbuttons, Potentiometers and Reset buttons.

Modular Range
Operators and Pilot lights meet protection degrees IP66 from the front side and IP20 on terminal side. The products are also approved in accordance with UL Types 1, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and13.

Compact Range
The compact Range is a cost effective “all in one” alternative to traditional modular series in most applications. The products meets protection degrees IP66, IP67 and IP69k and are also approved in accordance with UL Types 1, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13.

• AccessoriesABB offers a wide range of accessories to make the both ranges of Pilot Devices even more flexible.
• EnclosuresABB offers 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 6- seat Plastic Enclosures made of PC and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. All enclosures are approved according to IP66 and UL Type 1, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13.
  The fronts are made in a dark grey colour and the bases are light grey. The 1-seat enclosures are also available with yellow fronts suitable for emergency stop applications. The enclosures are equipped with DIN-rails suitable for rear mounted contact blocks and have space for 4 contact blocks / lamp block for each operator.
  An extremely small 1-seat Enclosure is available for the Compact range products. Also this enclosure can be ordered with a dark grey or a yellow front.
