Overview of Services:
Repairs -
• We offer 3 types of repairs: factory repair; partial; or, complete reconditioning
of products & systems.
• Support and diagnosis is available in a variety of ways. We provide: telephone
support; on-line knowledge management; and, remote equipment monitoring
service.
• Inspection and analysis of equipment and systems is also available.
Spare Parts -
• A dedicated individual will be responsible for assisting you with selecting and
receiving parts. We offer a variety of valuable tools such as spare parts, spare
parts kits, emergency support, component repair & exchange, inventory management,
and logistics solutions are available.
Field Service - One Service ABB
• We offer: full service support; emergency commissioning; planned maintenance;
and, system services.
Retrofits & Modernizations -
• Circuit Breaker retrofit kits and Automatic Throw-Over retrofit are available using state of the art ABB PLC’s.
• We will exchange worn parts or outdated equipment components.
• Expansions and extensions to installed systems are skillfully done by adding new equipment or functionality.
Customer Training -
• Become educated on our products, systems, operations, and maintenance through product application training.
• Safety training covering NFPA 70E.

Application Engineering -
• Learn about our: arc fl ash studies; electrical safety programs; advanced application support; solutions that are tailored to your
needs; advanced diagnostics; troubleshooting; and, engineering staff with vendor-specific application expertise.
