Daniel Galicia is Country Manager for Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean, as well as Local Division Manager, Power Systems and Power Products,.
Since joining ABB in 1988, Daniel has held various managerial positions, including Country Manager of Venezuela; Manager, Process Automation, Mexico; and Strategic Account Manager for Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), among others.
As a member of the North America Executive Committee, Daniel will focus on the implementation and expansion of ABB's campus-like facility in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Additionally he will work to promote the region's strategy for optimizing global footprint and increasing profitable growth.
Daniel has a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics & Systems from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, a Master of Business Administration from Universidad del Valle de Mexico, and a postgraduate degree in Management, from the IPADE business school.
