Phil Lloyd is Region Manager, Human Resources, North America. Previously he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Australia, where he was responsible for managing the overall development and implementation of HR functional strategies for ABB Australia. In addition Phil has extensive experience working in ABB's South Asia Region conducting Leadership Development Assessments and facilitating Leadership Challenge since joining the company in 1998.
Phil’s background includes over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Macquarie University, Australia and a graduate Diploma in Employee Relations from Nepean CAE, Australia. He is also a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
