David Onuscheck is the General Counsel and Secretary for ABB in North America.
David joined ABB in 1990 and most recently was Legal Counsel for both the Power Products and Power Systems divisions. Dave has negotiated many major agreements, provided contracts and ethics training to numerous ABB employees and served as the Country Sustainability Controller for a number of years.
David holds a Bachelor of Art in Government from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Equity.
David is a member of the State Bar of the State of North Carolina and The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and an active participant in the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Corporate Counsel Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
